![]() ![]() The Foodtimer which is integrated into the Wavecontroller will shut down the Wavebox when it is pressed. The Wavebox will then be shut down overnight. To enable a night pause, the Wavecontroller 7092 is equipped with a connection port for a photo cell. In case of a strong coral growth this frequency may need periodic adjustment. This frequency is determined during the set up of the system and will then remain constant, depending on animal growth. The Wavecontroller 7092 controls the pump in such a manner, that the on/off switching corresponds to a certain frequency. The flow generated by this movement reaches all areas of the tank, including corners and behind stones. An enormous water movement is then effectively generated with a very low power consumption. The resonant frequency is set with the Wavecontroller, which enables the wave to rise the maximum height within the aquarium. The Wavebox is controlled by the integrated Wavecontroller 7092 or a Multicontroller 7096 / 7097, which optimally uses the wave’s energy which correspond to the resonant frequency of the aquarium. They produce an oscillating current which precisely corresponds to the wave formation and water movement in reef zones. Foodtimer at the touch of a button after about eight to ten minutes, a restart is carried out automatically. The TUNZE® Comline® Wavebox 62 are wave generators for smaller (150 to 800 liters 40 to 211 US gal.) and larger aquariums (400 to 1,400 liters 105 to 370 USgal.).Ramp function for a gentle start of the pumps.Automatic search of the resonance frequency in case of oscillating flow.Oscillating flow with Turbelle® pump for the operation of Turbelle® stream pumps.Oscillating flow for the direct or reciprocal operation of the Wavebox.Wave simulation by setting the two pump outputs to maximum and minimum values as well as the pulse time.Wavecontroller 7092 fitted with a membrane terminal is a control unit to be used on all Turbelle® pumps with electronic motor, and can synchronously or alternately control:.Emission of vibrations to the glass pane is avoided by the attached silicone buffers of the Wavebox. The embedded Magnet Holder allows the simple mounting of the Wavebox everywhere inside aquariums with glass panes up to a thickness of 19 mm. Comline® Wavebox 6214 is operating with a Turbelle® stream and a Turbelle® controller. The compact sizeallows discrete mounting in the corner of the aquarium. The TUNZE® Comline® Wavebox 6214 is a wave generator for aquariums from 400 to 1,400 liters, depending on the type of the aquarium and on the decoration. With the use of the 7092 controller finding the correct frequency is very easy and only takes a few minutes to install completely. Reefs in the ocean have oscillating currents which help whisk away nutrients from your tank, including between rocks, behind rocks and even the corners. With a very small amount of power you can generate a standing wave in your tank with the use of a Tunze Wavebox. A wavebox works of the exact same concept by oscillating the displacement of water in your tank. It is very hard for traditional powerheads to create a wave, as waves are created by displacement. Almost everyone at some point will try to make a standing wave in their tank.
